Homes for sale in Queensridge from the MLS, as of October 9, 2026 (refreshed every 6 hours). Sold figure: 4 closed sales in the last 90 days.
Queensridge is a residential area in Las Vegas, Nevada. The box above shows what is for sale there today and what has recently sold. This guide explains what those numbers include, what to check in the associations that can come with a home there, and where to look up schools and public safety for a specific address. We did not find an official community website we could verify, so we do not repeat marketing claims about Queensridge; everything below comes from our own listing data and the public sources linked.
What the numbers include
We count listings whose subdivision name contains "Queensridge." That includes the One Queensridge Place condominium towers. Homes in the area that are listed under a different subdivision name are not counted, so treat the figures as listings in subdivisions identified as Queensridge. Use the Queensridge search for the same rule applied to the full search.
Housing stock
Square footage, bedrooms, lot size and year built are on every listing. Compare homes with the filters: single-family homes in Queensridge and condos in Queensridge. Attached homes classified as townhouses by the MLS are not in those two filters, so check all homes in Queensridge as well. A search can return both detached homes and condominium units, which are priced and financed differently, so compare like with like.
HOA basics
Queensridge listings can sit in more than one association, for example a community-wide association plus a sub-association or a condominium association. Before you commit:
- Check the HOA fee on the listing and ask which associations it covers.
- Ask for the CC&Rs, the budget, the reserve summary and any pending special assessment.
- For a condominium unit, ask what the master insurance covers and what you must insure yourself. Our condo and townhome guide explains the resale package Nevada law requires.
- Ask what the dues pay for and which amenities charge separately.
We do not quote a dues figure because it differs by building and changes over time.
Schools and safety
We link to the official sources instead of summarizing them, because school zoning and public safety data change and are best read at the source for the exact address.
- Schools: use the Clark County School District Zoning Search to see which elementary, middle and high school serve a specific address. Zoning can change, so confirm with CCSD before you rely on it.
- Public safety: the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department publishes data through its Open Data Portal, which covers Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County. Confirm which agency serves the address you are considering.
Questions to ask before you buy
- Which associations govern this home, and what are the dues and any pending assessments?
- If it is a condominium, is the building approved for the loan type you plan to use? See our high-rise condo guide.
- How old are the roof, air conditioning and water heater?
- Which schools is the address zoned for today, according to the CCSD Zoning Search?
Reading the numbers above
The stats box is built from MLS listings, so a few cautions apply. Active listings are homes for sale today, and the count moves daily. Median list price is the middle asking price, not what homes sell for. Median sold price is the middle closing price for homes that closed in the last 90 days; it reads "Not enough sales" when fewer than five sales are on record. Median days on market is for homes still listed, so it describes how long current listings have been sitting, not how long past ones took to sell. Queensridge figures cover only subdivisions identified as Queensridge, as explained above, and mix houses with condominium units, which sell at different price levels. For a specific home, ask for a comparable-sales review instead of relying on Queensridge-wide medians.
