I had my property on the market a year ago when it was a sellers market. The home values were high and loan rates were very low. After 90 days on the market I didn’t even get an offer, so we gave up and removed the listing.
We met Ben in February 2023 he visited us at our home and brought all of the necessary documents to start the process. Keep in mind I hadn’t decided to use him at this point. He proceeded to tell me how great he was and that he could sell the property quickly. I gave him the oh “yeah I’ve heard that before”

So I asked if he would put a sign in the yard, his response was “ I’ll have it sold before the sign goes up”.
