Homes for sale in Laughlin from the MLS, as of October 16, 2026 (refreshed every 6 hours). Sold figure: 39 closed sales in the last 90 days.

Laughlin is an unincorporated town in Clark County, Nevada, according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. The box above shows what is for sale in Laughlin today and what has recently sold. This guide explains what those numbers include, what to check on a home there, and which agency to ask about public safety. It is outside the Las Vegas valley, so compare it as a separate market rather than as a valley suburb.

What the numbers include

We count listings whose city is Laughlin, plus any listing with no city on file in ZIP 89029, the Laughlin ZIP code. Use the Laughlin search for the same rule applied to the full search.

Who serves Laughlin

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department says its Laughlin Substation serves the unincorporated town of Laughlin and the surrounding area, including Searchlight. The substation is at 101 Civic Way, Suite 3, Laughlin, NV 89029, with a listed phone number of (702) 298-2223 and office hours of Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed weekends and holidays. For an emergency call 911. See the LVMPD Laughlin Substation page (read October 16, 2026), and confirm the agency for the exact address you are considering.

Because Laughlin is unincorporated, ask which county or other departments handle services such as permits, roads and trash for a specific home, and which utilities serve it.

Schools

Use the Clark County School District Zoning Search to see which schools serve a specific address, and confirm with CCSD before you rely on it.

Housing stock

Square footage, bedrooms, lot size and year built are on every listing. Compare homes with the filters: single-family homes in Laughlin and condos in Laughlin. Attached homes classified as townhouses by the MLS are not in those two filters, so check all homes in Laughlin as well.

Flood, insurance and HOA checks

  • Flood zone. Look up the address on FEMA's Flood Map Service Center. A home's flood zone can change what insurance costs and whether a lender requires flood coverage. Nevada's Seller's Real Property Disclosure asks whether the property is in a designated flood plain (Form 547).
  • Insurance. The Nevada Division of Insurance says standard homeowners policies exclude flood and earthquake. See our homeowners insurance guide.
  • HOA. Ask which association governs the home, what the dues cover, and for the CC&Rs and any pending assessment.

Questions to ask before you buy

  • Is the home a primary residence, a second home or a rental, and does the HOA or the lender limit any of those uses?
  • How old are the roof, air conditioning and water heater?
  • Which utility providers serve the address, and what do the recent bills look like?
  • Which schools is the address zoned for today, according to the CCSD Zoning Search?

Reading the numbers above

The stats box is built from MLS listings, so a few cautions apply. Active listings are homes for sale today, and the count moves daily. Median list price is the middle asking price, not what homes sell for. Median sold price is the middle closing price for homes that closed in the last 90 days; it reads "Not enough sales" when fewer than five sales are on record. Median days on market is for homes still listed, so it describes how long current listings have been sitting, not how long past ones took to sell. Laughlin figures cover residential listings only.
