What the numbers include
We count listings whose subdivision name contains "Rhodes Ranch" (for example, "Huntington Village A At Rhodes Ranch") and that sit in ZIP code 89148 or 89178. Subdivisions in the area that do not carry the name are not counted, so treat the figures as listings in subdivisions identified as Rhodes Ranch. Use the Rhodes Ranch search for the same rule applied to the full search.
Rhodes Ranch Golf Club
The club's website (read October 9, 2026) says the club opened in 1997, was designed by course architect Ted Robinson Sr., and is rated a 4 Star place to play by Golf Digest Magazine; it also lists a covered driving range and dining. Those are the club's own statements at rhodesranchgolf.com. The page does not say who may play or join, so ask the club whether play or membership is open to the public, and whether it is separate from your association dues. A listing's description does not set that.
Housing stock
Square footage, bedrooms, lot size and year built are on every listing. Compare homes with the filters: single-family homes in Rhodes Ranch and condos in Rhodes Ranch. Attached homes classified as townhouses by the MLS are not in those two filters, so check all homes in Rhodes Ranch as well.
HOA basics
Check the HOA fee on the listing, then:
- Ask which association or associations the home belongs to and what the dues cover.
- Ask for the CC&Rs, the budget and any pending special assessment.
- Ask what the dues pay for and which amenities charge separately.

Schools and safety

- Which associations govern this home, and what are the dues and any pending assessments?
- Is golf access included, optional or separate from the dues?
- How old are the roof, air conditioning and water heater?
- Which schools is the address zoned for today, according to the CCSD Zoning Search?
Reading the numbers above
The stats box is built from MLS listings, so a few cautions apply. Active listings are homes for sale today, and the count moves daily. Median list price is the middle asking price, not what homes sell for. Median sold price is the middle closing price for homes that closed in the last 90 days; it reads "Not enough sales" when fewer than five sales are on record. Median days on market is for homes still listed, so it describes how long current listings have been sitting, not how long past ones took to sell. Rhodes Ranch figures cover only subdivisions identified as Rhodes Ranch, as explained above. For a specific home, ask for a comparable-sales review instead of relying on Rhodes Ranch-wide medians.
